FAQs

1. How long will it take to get my order? 

  • Your order will be processed on the day itself. Thus, for standard delivery, you will receive your order 2 - 3 days from the date of confirmed order. 

2. How can I pay for my order? 

  • At the checkout page, there will be a QR code. Scan the QR code, input your purchase amount followed by the order number in the reference box. Once that is done, you will receive an email confirming your order. 

 

3. Is there a minimum order? 

  • No, there is no minimum order. 

4. What are the delivery options to receive my items? 

  • We provide same day delivery at a charge of 11.90. Orders have to be made before 12pm

  • For standard delivery, a charge of $5 applies for orders ranging between $0-$24.99. Orders above $25.00 will enjoy free delivery. 

5. Can I specify a delivery time? 

  • No, our delivery team will contact you for the delivery time and date. You are able to arrange with them your preferred delivery time and date. 

6. What is your returns and refund policy? 

  • If the goods are being returned due to damage, you can contact us at vegandomesg@gmail.com or click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of each page. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 

  • Goods can only be returned for a full refund if they are returned in as sold condition. 

7. Are all the products you sell vegan? 

  • Yes, 100%. 

8. Where are your products from? 

  • Our products are mostly from Australia, United Kingdom and USA. 

9. How do I apply discount codes or vouchers? 

  • If you have a discount code, enter it at the checkout page. 

10. What if I did not receive a confirmation email within 1 day? 

  • Kindly email us at vegandomesg@gmail.com or 'Contact Us' at the bottom of each page. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
